Hello!! I have a question for Mr. Mullen or anyone else who knows the answer. If you are requested to do a remedial for a medical waiver, can your evaluations that are sent from that remedial to DoDMERB reverse their decision on your disqualification? And If this is true, then what happens to your medical waiver consideration?

I will rephrase the answer to fit the question u really r asking

1 - Remedials PRIOR to receiving a MEETS/does NOT meet standards from DODMERB are for the sole purpose of forming the basis for DODMERB's determination.

2 - Remedials AFTER the DODMERB are requested by the waiver authority, when they feel they need additional tests, consults, and/or info, to render THEIR waiver decisions.

3 - When a remedial is requested by a waiver authority, the DODMERB does NOT meet standard decision will NOT be reversed.

DODMERB MEETS standards = an applicant may get into the Academy/program from the medical standpoint

Medical waiver granted = an applicant may get into the Academy/program from the medical standpoint

Medical waiver denied = an applicant will NOT be authorized to enter the Academy/program:thumb:
