Hey quick question, not sure if anyone will have the answer I am looking for. Younger brother has been accepted to c/o 26 for USMMA, and I am c/o 24 at USMA. Would it be possible for him to render my first salute when I graduate? Thanks in advance.

No problem with that. It is customary however to give a silver dollar to the person who gives you a 1st salute.

Absolutely! My USMMA 2022 mid was the first salute for my oldest son when he commissioned in the Army in 2020.

So it's totally possible, legal, within regs, whatever.

It'll be a logistics issue. There is a non-zero chance he's at sea when you graduate. If he is on campus, he'll need leave because the USMMA Academic year runs longer than pretty much any other school in the country. You'll understand the issues with leave, it should be granted, but someone in the chain of command having a bad day, restriction, etc. could hold it up.
