Kiddo got a letter of refusal today from one Senator and it stated that sometimes they coordinate to not duplicate nominations... is this a form letter or should we remain faithful that his last congressman be the one he gets?

Typically Congressman’s is the best odds, especially if in a more populous state. For example - TX - Senators Cruz and Cornyn had over 1,000 applicants whereas MOCs may have 50...

Many states coordinate diligently to expand the states noms. Some states don’t coordinate at all. Still some states coordinate “loosely.” I know that doesn’t help, but that has been my 28 years ago of experience with this issue.

Probably a form letter. Like all communication relating to Admissions, don't try to read too much into any correspondence. As a general rule, military writing is straightforward and direct, and it means what it says, nothing more and nothing less.

Don't know. The letter states what is it period. Yes keep the faith and have a plan B, C, D, E you get the idea. Yes it is very stressful.
