Question about the "Upload Docs" Tab in Application Portal

Hello, I have a few questions as to the uses for the upload docs tab in my usma portal.

Under the drop down toolbar which asks which type of document are you submitting, there are options such as "Body fat worksheet, Tattoo Form, Legal Paperwork, ect...," that I do not understand where to get to forums to then complete and submit them.

Furthermore, there is a selection option for letters if recommendation. Would this be used to upload letters of rec in addition to the ones mandated by the portal?

Overall, what is the function for the upload docs tab.

If memory serves me right the upload docs tab is used after an appointment has been offered and accepted. Once this occurs there is a check list of information you will begin working on. One question is, "do you have any tattoos"? If you check no then nothing else to do. If yes, then you will complete a tattoo form and upload in this section. You will also upload SSN card, birth cert etc.. I don't remember my DS needing to upload anything during the application process.

DS used it to upload his Employer’s Evaluation and the CFA videos.
