Question about updating schools and acceptance letter

So DS received a 3 yr to his top 3 schools. Between the 2nd and 3rd board he was recruited to play golf at a school that also has ROTC. He added said school, but I don't think he realize CC would only award 3 schools. Is there a way to reshuffle the order. Him and I both have been in contact with the ROO at 4th school.

Second part - He gets 30 days from the date of the letter, correct? CC has no way of knowing when winners actual received the mail.

Example: If it's marked April he would have until May 1.

All of the information your son needs to request a transfer to another school is on the portal. It sounds like you are already in contact with the ROO. Not sure what else you should be doing.
