Question about USMA deadline and complete application

Today is the deadline for USMA. I believe that the application is completed, all the green boxes are checked. The only thing is that the medical shows “no action” and warns not to stay in the category too long. It also says that in order for it to move the application needs to be complete. Does the USMA application ever indicate it is totally completed like the other academies. The DoDmerb medically qualified me for the USNA and USAF so I don’t understand why USMA hasn’t asked for my medical clearance. I attempted to send an email to my RC and call to gain clarity. I have received no response for the email and the RC’s mailbox is full. Can’t get a real person on the phone.

Any light to this situation?
 
So you did the Dodmerb process but it is not showing up for USMA? Did they request that you get the medical testing or does that section look the same as it always has?
 
Yes did the process but USMA doesn’t show they ever requested it and it looks the same as it always has. I have tried to “trust the process” figuring the more I put into the application eventually they would request it. Today is the deadline and EVERYTHING is updated and in but the medical hasn’t changed.
 
Also, I tried to contact my LNO several times but never got a response or any interview. I have been interviewed by USAF and BGO, and it went well and I know my status with those SAs. USMA seems like it doesn’t process like the other SA. Just confused.

See replies on thread. New to this forum, trying to figure out. I apologize.
 
I am no expert on this. I have just been going through it with my daughter over the last couple of months. At some point along the way, that "No Action" switched to a link that she could follow to set up her account to proceed with the medical history and exam. If yours did not switch I guess that means that USMA did not advance you to that round. Or, it could mean that they saw your SS# in the system and planned to pull your results from your exam on behalf of the other SA's. Good luck.

WRK. You have done all the right things. 1) You will never get the FILE COMPLETE, like you do for the other academies, you may eventually get a 3Q letter.
2) The green circles are it. Keep trying your RC and your regional Tech person.

What does your DoDMerb portal show? If the other academies show as “qualified” shouldn’t a status show for USMA? I think I would be concerned if no green check is showing up under the Medical section at this point.

It says qualified USNA and qualified USAF, there is nothing else. :(
