my son needs to provide information about a scar. Will the form be sent via email or snail mail?
 
Did you see the correspondence (remedial letter) in the DODMERB page. Download it. You will be told exactly what to to and at the bottom end you will see your DODMERB technicians email and you can email everything to him/her. No need to send through snail mail. They are backlogged and you need to send that ASAP.
