Is it normal for DoDMERB to ask for a Pharmaceutical history, they want one from 2016 to the present?

Mr. Mullen from DODMERB can probably answer this question best, but I don't think it is a particularly unusual request. There are a lot of things that might be reported in the medical questionnaire on the physical that might trigger such a request. My son had to provide that information.
