I did not have the pleasure of Black Mac. I still have Hubert's book on my bookshelf. Can't recall my circuits professor but he was torture. Dude was clearly brilliant, just struggled to effectively teach what he obviously knew well. Only guy in my section that got above a C had worked with an electrician prior to going to KP.

I consider electrical to be the greatest deficit in my KP education and the single thing I wish I knew better today. Electricity and I have a love/hate relationship and it's possible that the amout of electrical knowledge I learned at KP has an inverse relationship to the amount of voltage I have soaked up over the years.

Perhaps Dr. Hewlon Zimmer? He was my plebe year roommate. Brilliant individual, provided me with tons of help as I spent the first several weeks of classes in Patton Hospital with "mono'. If it wasn't for Giddings, Krinsky and Hew I would have been set back.

ding ding ding ... we have a winner.

He tried to fail me because I missed a lab while I was in the infirmirary after having my appendix out. I went to the department head and he changed it to an incomplete and told me to make do the lab with another class. I waited till 1/C to do it, me and a bunch of plebes. Funny how they all wanted to be my lab partner.
