I thought someone said that the TWE wave was going out in the 21st. Could be wrong tho

That's on me, I was thinking about USNA in my head since all of their decisions are sent out by the 15th, so USAFA decisions could definitely still come out between the 15th and the end of the month. Just hoping there's still a big wave of BFEs going out though!

So, is 4/15 a confirmed date or just speculation. I thought it was the 21st but I sure hope it's the 15th

I don’t exactly remember who posted it, but one of the ALO‘s stated that with the new system, there is a contingency plan to have all appointments out by April 21. My understanding of the process is they give out more appointments knowing there will be a certain amount of declinations. Don’t assume if you see declines that that means more spots open up.

If the first choice from a slate declines, and if they were the only one from that slate offered an appointment, than the next qualified candidate from that slate is offered an appointment. So some declines do open up spots.

Yes but those correlations are the exception under very specific circumstances.

Some top candidates from a slate are accepted to multiple SA's, and can only accept one, many wait till the last minute to decline and some even accept multiple SA's and decline one later on. They do hold up the slots for other candidates from the same slate. This happens a fair bit, which leads to some last minute appointments and some even after they were initially rejected. Of course many declines lead to no additional offers as well, you never know.

I just received this and it's the best news I've seen in a while. I hope its foreshadowing as this has been something that has been stressing me for a while. I did have some problem with this in the past where the nurse measuring did so with my shirt on and we believe i'm not actually over fat percentage wise.

Mine WL, and running for fun and was told he was under weight, but they cut weight to compete. He needed to get dr info stating no eating disorders etc.
His buddy is a football player and lifter but he was on the other side of scale and weight class. He needed the measurement thing done
