Résumé and Interview?

I've heard of these things, but still not sure of what's recommended or acceptable. Can I ask to send a résumé and/or have an interview? I've done a lot of things that I feel haven't been represented well by the questionnaire that I think could really help me. Should I call or email my RC of Liaison, or just use the "Contact Us" automatic email thing on the portal?
Or,
Is it too late or not worth it for these kinds of things?
Thanks

I am a FFR.

Definitely ask for an interview, although it works both ways as a bad interview can hurt your.

I don't care too much for a resume. My interviews usually last 30 minutes to 1 hour. You should be able to let your interviewer know about you in that time frame.

The interview is more about why West Point, not what your GPA is.

I'll definitely email now and ask for an email as I actually feel more comfortable going to an interview than knowing I missed an opportunity to help myself.

"The interview is more about why West Point, not what your GPA is."

That definitely sounds good to me.

Thanks
