Same situation. Was told that my appointment would be "tendered" and mailed out at the end of February. Nearing end of March and still no portal update...

Don't worry, you will hear back by May 1st. Set your eyes on that date. It's not unheard of for people with LOAs to hear back late in the cycle.

After receiving his LOA, DS has a lot communication with his contact at West Point.

in the end of your LOA, you should have something like

Major (Capt) XXX. XXX is your primary contact here at West Point. Please feel free to call him at 1-xxx-
xxx-xxxx or by email at xxxx.xxxx@westpoint.edu.

Have you reached out to your Field Force Rep?

No, but have been in contact with the representative named on the LOA. They don’t always respond .
