The Dodmerb is good for 2 years. I think that is the only pass you get. His portal will be populated with a lot of information already so that saves a little effort. But my DS went through everything else again...recommendation letters, interviews, etc for both the MOC nomination and Academy application. He did not take the SAT/ACT again however (used his score from his sophomore year!).
