Re-Applying For Class of 2022

My DS is applying for the second time to USMA after being DQ'd last year for food allergy. The portal opened for the application for Class of 2022 and the medical information from the previous app did not roll over. Does anyone have experience in a matter like this? Does the medical piece begin anew?

I got a waiver approved last year and it says "No Action" on my portal. I think you have to wait a few days for it to show up because DODMERB exams last 2 years, but I have emailed DODMERB just in case and will let you know if they respond.
