Reapplicant File Questions

I had a file open for the class of 2023; however, I didn't receive a nomination this year and am looking to reapply for 2024. What action should I take now to have my file changed to 2024? I also joined the National Guard recently and need my file to be changed to reflect my status as an enlisted applicant.

Would it be possible to have my file closed such that I can redo the candidate questionnaire and start anew or would that just create issues?

I am reapplying this year as I was medically disqualified for the class of 2022. Once I found I was not able to be part of the class, my Regional Commander closed my application and I had to wait until August for my application to reopen. I don't think you are able to do anything until then. Don't worry though, it was easier the second time around as you don't have to do everything you did before.
