Reapplicant regarding SOE

As a reapplicant, do I have to ask my HS teachers to fill out the SOE again? On the portal, it shows my English, Math, Science, and PE teacher from my previous application with green checkmarks. I just have to add two new SOE from college?
 
I had to get my Request for Academic Information and Candidate Activities Record resubmitted. The previous SOEs stayed on the portal but I was told to get 2 new ones while in college. Any other questions pm me.
 
You will need two new ones. Best to make contact with professors early and start building that relationship. This is one of the more challenging steps for re-applicants.
