Reapply from Vtech or Citadel

I just visited citadel and found that I wouldn’t want to pay 50k a year to endure their 4th class system, but would attending citadel better my chances as a re-applicant?

Re-applicant for what? One of the SAs?
 
Ya? Not sure what that means. A little advice, use proper grammar on this forum, you may actually get some helpful responses.
 
@talltrees - I would ask the mods to transfer this thread over to the SA forums. There are numerous discussions over there regarding plan Bs and re-applying. I agree that there are probably better options than the $50k/year at El Cid. What is your goal? To commission in the Army or Navy? Did you apply for the NROTC or AROTC National Scholarships? There are numerous paths to commission in either branch.
 
If you don't really want to go to Citadel or VMI don't.

You'll likely not make it, in which case you probably won't like a service academy either. You may find you love it, but then you won't want to go to a service academy and leave your Classmates / Brother Rats.
