Received remedial?

Is there a way to find out if a sent remedial has been received and in the queue to be reviewed?

I tried to email everything to the helpdesk email address on 2/4 but received an error message. After several attempts trying to fix it, I had to switch to a different email address and I resent on 2/5. I think my last attempt went through, but I'm incredibly nervous it did not. Is it possible to find out if it has been received?
