Received waiver for navy but for reasons trying to switch to Air Force

Can a waiver be granted by the Air Force if the navy issued a waiver ?

Medical stuff I reported to MEPS the first go round:

1. Adhd at age 10, uncertainty about whether I even consumed trial medication (doctor wrote a note).

2. Minor ocd. Haven’t seen anyone in counseling OR taking medication in 3-4 years roughly.
3. Lasik. Good eyes and stable vision records.
4. I’m technically allergic to sulpha meds but I’ve never needed meds that need them. I’ve just been told this my whole life. I don’t think pharmacies make meds with it anymore.

I have a BA in international relations and Russian, 3.85 GPA, I work out at the gym, volunteer, translate things for work, and have international travel experience in cold climates without tech assistance (gps).

none of these things hindered my academic or professional life in any way. I think that’s why navy issued a waiver. However the Air Force recruiter couldn’t get the stuff transferred over to Air Force for some reason so I need to get new documents (that’s fine).

Can I get a waiver for the Air Force for the same things?
