It can change year to year, due to leadership, but in general, it is more intense than your average 3-days of BCT.

We've been told more intense. Expectations of these now experienced cadets is higher than during BCT. Also since the traditional recognition events have been limited due to covid for the last couple years, everyone at the academy is excited for the real deal this year. Current leadership also seems to have a reputation for doing it "old school" with respect to physical training so we shall see.

This is speaking generally of course, as parent of a cadet, we really have no idea until we hear form our DS. We can't wait!

My understanding is you can liken it to the final exam for the year. They are going to bust through everything they’ve done throughout the year but at a super fast pace.

I remember it like yesterday (and it was 12 years ago) -- phone call from DS that Saturday evening -- "Hi Mom! I'm casually strolling across the Tzo in CIVILIAN clothes going to get something to eat with my friends. It feels so good!"

They just got recognized. They won’t have their Exemplar dinner until Fall of their C3C year

I wouldn't say "just"... but yes, it only lasts a couple days.

Its 3 days starting after classes on a Thursday and ending around 5pm on Saturday.
