I have received an LOA to USNA and completed my requested remedial exams from an initial DQ. There is an issue with the communication between the doctor's office and CIV team. For the past three weeks, I have been calling both CIV and the doctor's office numerous times to try and resolve this issue. The doctor's office says that they have faxed the documents to the CIV team multiple times, however, the CIV team has not received anything. I have been in contact with USNA admissions and they told me that I would not lose my LOA as long as I was working to get the documents in. However, it is making me increasingly nervous that it has been three weeks and the documents have not been sent to / received by the CIV team.
Mr. Mullen, I was wondering if you might be able to provide me with advice as to how I should navigate this. Additionally, I have a PDF from my patient portal at the doctor's office with a summary of the exam. Is that something that CIV would accept or even look at if I emailed it to them directly?
Thank you.
