Very common, and generally would have nothing to do with the SA. The SA will only really get involved if you were DQ'd and they wanted you to get a waiver.

Sent someone your way late last week. A nervous dad whom we have known forever and ever whose kid did not have a green circle on the portal. I was like, "Your kid needs to log into the DODMERB site to see if he his exam has him qualified or if it is still blank; and then if something is amiss, YOUR KID needs to reach out to Mr. Mullen." No one wants to hear from the parent.
