I'm not sure if this is the question you're asking, but I tried to reach out to DoDMERB since I have two SA's that requested waivers for me. I emailed the DoDMERB helpdesk, and unfortunately, they were unable to see anything additional if it had been requested since their outage. This was a couple weeks ago so it may not hurt to try again if they regained any ability to see that.
