Remedial Requested

I checked my status today and it says that a remedial is requested because the doctor forgot to respond to the questions I checked yes on. On the letter it says that its administrative, so would I have to contact Concorde for the next step I would have to take?

I received the same remedial and I personally went to my Concorde contractor and got a copy of my exam with the doctor’s notations.I scanned and emailed it to Dodmerb and I was “qualified” a week later.
