I went for my remedial for pulse check today. I had to shovel about 18 inches of snow for 3 hours to be able to drive over to my doctor. My resting pulse was 100 & 120 after 1 minute running in place. Should I have rescheduled due to the exertion prior to the resting pulse check? I have never had a pulse issue or BP issue. Played football & cleared for all boy scout activities. Any ideas?
