My son returned his administrative remedial form about a week ago. How long does it typically take for them to show receipt of it and process it?....I just want to make sure that they have it in their system. (We faxed it and then emailed it to his contact). Thanks!

1. My son called his "case officer" and she verbally committed that she had received the documentation.

2. She told him it could easily take up to 15 days (did she mean calendar days or business days?) to get feedback on the submission. That was 7 days ago and we have not yet heard anything.
