Reporting Times

Sooo the appointee handbook says "Plan to arrive in the local area on the 26th of June in order to meet a 7:00 a.m. in-processing time on the 27th" .... but then we have specific reporting times (mine's 1030a) for our squadrons ....
so should we be at the Cadet Field House at 7a and just wait for our reporting times? Or?

The handbook makes sure you are available for the earliest possible time slot that could be assigned. You only need to report for your assigned time.
