Do I have to report every time I go to a doctor or specialist to DODMERB?

Ive already been deemed qualified and granted a waiver for a specific thing, so even after answering the questions I do not have to report such visits? Appreciate your advice I just don’t want to break the rules without knowing.

Waiver granted STOPS your medical process with the following exception, which you did not make clear in your original question.

After you've been waiver granted, if there is a change in your medical status, YES you are required to notify DoDMERB
