Request for AMI

On September 20th, I received a request for additional medical information, which I am working with my parents on gathering. On September 22nd, I received an update from DoDMERB stating that the AMI I had sent was not sufficient. The problem is, we haven’t sent any additional information yet, is there any reason for concern?
