Hello,
I was fortunate enough to be selected for a NROTC scholarship. I had placed an in-state university as my 3rd preference when applying because I was told that an in-state school had to be in the top 3. I'm a private pilot and every school with the exception of the in-state school have aviation departments. I would like to further my aeronautical knowledge and experience. My scholarship was placed at the in-state school so now I'd have to find a new major and say goodbye to my flight currency. I wrote a request for a placement change to NSTC within 24 hours of my selection status being updated.
I was wondering if anyone knew how or when I would be informed if my request was granted. Thank you!
