I received an administrative remedial last week, and I promptly filled it out and emailed it to the address directed to in the form. I haven't seen anything pop up yet on the dodmerb website, and I was wondering if it would be okay for me to mail in the physical copy. I know they have a back log in their system but I just wanted to be sure I went through the right avenue. Thank you

Honestly, duplicating snail and email just results in DODMERB staff having a bigger backlog as they now must process your remedial twice. Email is the fastest method.

Be patient and if the portal doesn't change it by the 10th working day, call your file handler.

Alright, Thank you!

Agree........You want to avoid sending duplicates of requested remedial backup to Dodmerb.........I had a situation where my DD's doctor was having difficulty with her fax machine or something, and it kept saying "error" so she resent a couple of times..............turns out it was actually sending every time!!! That was not taken very well by Dodmerb, and while, to us, it was an innocent mistake, they were not amused.

If you must just print a copy of the email you sent and write 'confirming copy of prior electronic delivery' etc. as a cover note. Emails can get accidentally deleted etc.
