Rolling appointments...

Since appointments are given on a rolling timeframe, does that mean if your application is "passed on" will know those on a rolling timeframe too or do those come on the deadline?
 
Rolling appointments honestly means nothing, particularly this year. You could have your application complete for months and not hear back until April and your friend might hear back in 2 weeks, nobody truly knows how the system works except for admissions.

True. I feel like I know precisely where my son stands with USCGA and USMMA and when he’ll hear from them (by 4/1 for USCGA per his AO and as soon as his medical waiver is decided for USMMA) but I have no idea about USNA.
