I was recently awarded an Army ROTC Scholarship. In my winner's letter, it says, " have to be medically qualified to receive benefits." DoDMERB qualified me for both West Point and the Naval Academy a few months ago. Do I have to repeat the process or will Cadet Command automatically access DoDMERB?
