Hello all, what exactly is the ROTC nomination? I'm specifically talking about the West Point professor of military science nomination. Is that the same as the super intendant? How many can he give out per ROTC establishment?

No, a nom from the ROTC unit is not the same as a Superintendent nom. Research sources above.
The key thing to note is how many appointments can be charged to that nomination authority in each class.
