ROTC Nomination

My PMS agreed to fill out the ROTC nomination form and he said that he sent it August 19th. There is still nothing on the portal and so I emailed admissions whether they have received anything and they said no. So, I decided to email again today to be sure he sent it and he said yes and asked not to ask him to resend again. If West Point never receives it, what should I do because he does not want to resent another letter? I will respect his decision and have already completed all my other nomination applications.

If it helps, DS had a similar situation last year and his JROTC nom posted at the END OF JANUARY. I‘m not sure he had asked his admissions person if it’d been received, however.
