ROTC nominations

I am currently enrolled in a 2yr junior college with an early commissioning program, I am not planning on receiving my commission through the school as I am a self-prep for the service academies(I am applying for all 5). My primary is Navy, but I would most definitely go to Army if given the chance. My question is this: can I request a nomination to any of the academies from the ROTC SAI, or can he only give noms to USMA?

You'll have to take that up with each respective academy. As a point of reference, if you are hoping to get in on an ROTC nomination to West Point, good luck. There are only 20 possible spots for the entire country and it is very competitive since it's both JROTC and SROTC nationwide and that's IF WP uses all the available ones.
