ROTC scholarship acceptance letter

I recently received a 4-year ROTC scholarship. I found out about it on my portal...
Someone told me that I need to give a confirmation that I will/will not accept the scholarship.

Where/When can I do that?

Will a letter be sent out to me?

I can speak to AROTC and you will receive a letter in a week to ten days after the portal change. The same document will arrive via email as well so you could print, sign, scan, and upload your acceptance right back to the portal (easiest, quickest, and safest). Once the acceptance is uploaded DS portal changed to "accepted" within hours. Congrats!

The dada the is typically 30 days from the date of the award.
There are two pages in the letter you receive that you complete and return via email.
