ROTC Scholarship

How long does it take to transfer an Army ROTC scholarship? I'm a cadet at The Citadel, but I'm transferring to a different college for next semester and I want to know when I should start the process, because I'd like to keep it quiet until I'm ready to out-process.

That's not how it works at all. First, it's not guaranteed that you'll be able to transfer your scholarship. If you can, it will be because you, the Citadel, and your new school all worked together to make it happen. You may have already missed your window of opportunity.
