Rotc vs usma

I have applied for ROTC scholarship and it is currently in process. I've been contacting the ROTC personnel and the process is almost done. However i've applied for USMA as well. And i would like to know if there can be any problem if i get accepted to USMA and stop the process of ROTC Scholarship? Because as far as i know, you can apply to both USMA and ROTC for more options. And also i haven't received the DoDMERB Medical Form yet. But i've taken one for ROTC and i believe they have already updated them. Will i have to take another one for West Point?
 
There is no conflict with accepting the scholarship and then declining it if you get appointed to USMA. Many people do this as a back up plan if they don't receive an appointment, I believe it's called plan b.
