Hi everyone I just wanted to ask a simple question regarding the appropriate running shoes for upcoming Beast.
I was wondering if Adidas Boosts running shoes are fine for Beast. Thank you.!

Depends on your needs. My son was fitted at a running store after having his gait studied. It's made a huge difference. The fitting didn't cost anything and he has been very pleased with the shoes.

It is my understanding that any color is fine, as long as it is a standard running shoe. In other words, do not show up with those shoes that have fingers for each of the toes. Just bring standard running shoes. That being said, I would not opt for neon green. Go with an understated color. It is a great idea to make sure they are gently broken in, yet still somewhat new. I got this information from the candidate portal.

My I suggest that you go to a running store and get your sneakers there. You will be doing quite a lot of running at WP. In fact, you will likely wear out two or three pairs a year. So, find a good running shoe store and let them fit you properly. As @Love4monsters noted - it will make a big difference and is worth every penny.
The store we found for my son even offers a military discount.

Agreed, go to a true running shoe store, get properly fitted, whip out wallet and be prepared to spend $150 plus per pair.
Footwear is the most important equipment on the packing list, don't skimp on it!
    This can't be stated enough...,..
