If SA does not request medical record from DoDMERB, does that mean the candidate is out of the game as less competitive? Or every candidate's med info will be requested download the SAs applied?

A = Google "DoDMERB;" Hit "Questions on the process;" If an applicant meets the criteria in paragraphs 11-12, then medical waiver processing will occur. If not, it won't, having zero to do with medical. If yes, then 15-23 applies, on a case by case basis
