Hello. I received the DoDMETS medical questionnaire, there is a few details that I need to enter (some dates etc) can I schedule the appointment or do I need to finish the questionnaire first. Thank you!

You will need to print your completed history form and take it with you to your medical appointment.

Sir, My DoDMERB was put on hold, because of a missing signature that was not point out.. I turned that signature in like 3 days ago, but I am still on hold. Should I worry at all?

But you can call CivTeam @ this juncture to check it was received and processed

Both of these are “attention to detail” issues. And examples of delays from not doing so.

To ALL candidates: It’s an exciting time!! Slow down, read and REREAD the details. Doing so will avoid unnecessary delays….read and follow each instruction. Y’all got this!!
