Scholarship transfer taking a REALLY long time to be approved

Not quite two weeks is not that long of a time. The unit staff have other things going on also. I would recommend a follow up email on the 18th just to confirm they have received everything and they don't need anything else. Maybe a nice "I am just excited to join your unit and thank you for the assistance" type of email.

Paperwork does not move fast in the Navy, so best to get use to it now.
 
The form said the turnaround time was 2 business days. DD has reached out to the NROTC unit as well, but it’s spring break for them this week. We are visiting next week, so maybe that will spark some response.

The unit gets informed about the transfer, but the approval comes from Naval Service Training Command. You can resubmit the form to the email address which was used for the initial scholarship notification just to make sure the form was received.
