School Official Evaluations for College Students?

The applicant instruction booklet is very clear that six SOEs are required for college applicants, four from high school officials, and two from college officials. However, the application portal only provides four slots to input names/email addresses (as if nobody is a college applicant). Does anybody know the trick to having the additional SOE slots added to their portal? Email inquiry through application portal has been futile.
 
I assume you have placed your (or the student's) college details into the application/SSK. That information should 'trigger' the additional slots. If not, then completing the four now is all you 'can' do. I bet the application will be updated to add the additional SOEs in the near future. I hope your email inquiries are answered sooner than later. Good luck!
 
Thanks. He put them in quite a while ago, and they are all filled. No new ones were added.
