It looks like they're scanning them the old fashioned way. It's two pages, and you can tell that it's stapled and folded over to scan the second page. Not very efficient so I bet it'll take awhile. -- Last name starts with D, in case it matters.

DD is a B so guess no order to it :)
 
DD's showed up this afternoon on her portal so winners check you file upload tab!
 
Available as of 4:40pm in uploaded files listed as other, from a fax, and in a .Tiff file format. I printed as a .pdf and saved it to a local drive.
 
Thanks for the detailed advice. #3's was there; however, who would have thought to look there.
