In CA, Senator Feinstein wants us to write a "one page essay stating your reasons for seeking this nomination." This may be a stupid question but should my essay be single or double spaced? I'm thinking that they may want it double spaced for ease of reading and a high volume of applicants, but I'm not sure!
 
My first advice would be to re-read the NOM application instructions to see if there are any details. If not, and you have any questions, you should call the specific MOC committee. My DDs MOC were all different. One wanted double spaced one page, the other had a word limit and the third wanted something entirely different.

Double check the instructions or call the senator's office, but my DS submitted to the CA senators single space. Although he did not receive her nom, the interviewers were complimentary.
