Hello,

I have a pretty strong Dual Enrollment transcript, with many A's and B's, along with about 7 college classes taken at a local community college. However, there is one class that is an outlier to that-Calculus III (Multivariable Calculus), which I got a C- in.

Should I send in the transcript? Barring that one class, everything else is very strong. Would West Point understand that as a high schooler, I have went above and beyond with taking an advanced math class despite not doing too well? The grade is reflective of the difficulty of the class, rather than my own abilities.

For "normal" colleges you have to send it all your transcripts (HS and any college) so I would imagine you would have to for a Service Academy. Read what it says when it asks for transcripts.

Yes. My son also got a C in his first calc class at our local community college. His other grades were all As and Bs. WP still accepted him.
He attended community college while a high school student, so his transcript showed both high school and community college course work.
