Sending in Requested Remedial

I received a request for remedial documents (6 total). After sending them in the directed way through the email address in my letter correspondence I saw no action in my status. I sent an email inquiring about my status and my case manager responded saying they never got an email with attachments. I then sent them directly to him - and again received no response in status change. I have done this same cycle of sending and inquiring about reception, to both the requested submission address and my case manager sense the 7th of March. I’m curious if it’s an issue with my Gmail - are 6 pdf attachments too much? Anytime I send an email without attachments it’s received, but when there are attachments there is no confirmation of any reception of the documents - I’ve gotten no notifications from gmail saying the emails haven’t been sent (they seem to have gone through on my end fine). Any help is greatly appreciated!

I would send 6 seperate emails with each having only one attachment. Gmail will often take a group of attachments and group them together in google docs/drive and just send a link to the document, instead of the documents themselves.

If it's been over the allotted time and no response ( not even the "give 15 business days to process email") does that mean that they aren't going to request a waiver for me or that they just haven't seen my emails yet? It has been around 10 business days and I haven't heard back from them.

Curious, can your emails be send ‘read receipt? So you would know if they were received or not?

And what are you expecting to hear? Do you have instructions that indicate something will happen once received?

Unfortunately, I can not use read receipts due to the nature of my Gmail account. The other times they have requested remedial information, they sent a confirmation email saying that they received it. This is the last thing that they needed before they send everything to USNA medical to determine if I can get a waiver.

My DD's initial request for AMI response was huge. Gmail wouldn't even let one PDF through because of size so we sent the entire response via UPS. It took about a week from delivery to DoDMERB for the packet to reach her assigned tech's desk. DD sent two emails within that week's timeframe to confirm the tech had received it. Do you have a medical tech assigned at USNA? Maybe reach out to them?
