Sent 2 flight options for I Day?

I opted to have my travel arrangements made thorough the Academy. My itinerary shows 2 flights departing at different times. Are we supposed to select a time or..... ?? No other information was sent

How long after you accepted your appointment did you get prompted to arrange travel? Just looking to plan our trip out there but don't want to be ahead of DS. But we also want to book soon before availability is greatly reduced.

My son officially hit the accept button yesterday afternoon. This morning the long list of " to do" items was on his portal ...including the travel arrangement form.
