Hello everyone, I have a question? I have completed my application for USAFA and decided to send in 3 recommendation letters via fax on Monday night. It is now Wednesday and I checked to see if they have been uploaded or reviewed but nothing. Could this be because they are very busy with a lot of applications or..? Is there anything that I should do?

Yeah could be... it took mine like a week to to acknowledged and i sent them in way back in september so i would give it some time

I mailed one about a month ago and it took almost 2 weeks to process. I faxed another one a week after and it took about 5 days. I'm sure they're just overloaded right now.
Oh okay thank you. Also, when when you faxed it you just put the coversheet and the letter following after that right?

Yes, just put my last name and last 4 numbers of my SSN followed by my signed LOR.
Oh okay thank you . I only didn't have the opportunity to get them signed because they were on vacation so they sent them to me via email. However, they put their own contact information on the letters. Do you think that should be fine?

I actually faxed mine and never had my ALO sign anything... you'll be completely fine without the signature. Just make sure you have the cover and the actual letter itself. Goodluck!
